Kudoka's are encouraged to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Below are some notes on the benefits of practicing Kudo.

Kudo Gi:

The Kudo Gi represents protection, solidarity and focus. When you put on the Kudo Gi you will feel empowered with energy and confidence.  

Training:

Kudo is a great way to improve complete fitness of mind, body and spirit. The weekly practice of Kudo will provide plenty of opportunities to test and challenge you, and you will grow stronger.

Mokuso:

Kudo training always starts and finishes with Mokuso (meditation). The daily practice of meditation will focus and concentrate the mind to connect with the body and spirit. This unification of mind, body and spirit creates a developed and balance person.

Ki Breathing:

By practicing relaxation and deep breathing you can connect to your real self and help you to find your true purpose in life. Ki is the universal life force and energy available to all who practice.

Nature:

In Kudo we place an emphasis on outdoor training help you to connect to a wider range energy, inspiration and vision.

Charity:

Kudoka's are encouraged to be charitable whenever possible, as this helps you to enjoy life in the highest possible way.

Friendship:

By practicing Kudo you will meet many friends and have lots of opportunities to create lasting friendships worldwide.
